With more than 33 years of experience as a lawyer, Keith has the ability to resolve a case with a negotiated agreement when possible and the ability to try a criminal case when an acceptable agreement cannot be reached.
During his legal career, he has gained valuable knowledge and insight into how his opponents are likely to evaluate and try a criminal case. For more than 20 years, Keith worked as a prosecuting attorney in the District Attorney's Office for the Brunswick Judicial Circuit. This experience provided him with valuable knowledge about police procedures, and he is uniquely qualified to know how a prosecutor will evaluate a criminal case and when a prosecutor may not be willing to go to trial. In the event of a criminal trial, he knows the tactics and strategies that a prosecutor is likely to use.
