With more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer, Keith has the ability to resolve a case with a negotiated agreement when possible and the ability to try a civil or criminal case when an acceptable agreement cannot be reached.

During his legal career, he has gained valuable knowledge and insight into how his opponents are likely to evaluate and try either a civil or criminal case. For more than 20 years, Keith worked as a prosecuting attorney in the District Attorney's Office for the Brunswick Judicial Circuit. This experience provided him with valuable knowledge about police procedures, and he is uniquely qualified to know how a prosecutor will evaluate a criminal case and when a prosecutor may not be willing to go to trial. In the event of a criminal trial, he knows the tactics and strategies that a prosecutor is likely to use.

Keith also has previous experience defending against personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies. This experience has given him valuable insight into how the companies and their lawyers evaluate and defend against lawsuits that seek justice for personal injuries or deaths that are caused by another person's negligence.
